Don’t Be Tripping Over Transfer Pricing Risks
Thursday, March 08 2018, 09:00 - 12:00
Programme Objective

Transfer Pricing (TP) is becoming in board agenda as some corporations are observing. From a simple functional analysis to comparative pricing decisions to documentation across the group’s entities, potential TP risks lurk in many aspects of the entire TP life cycle.

Such risks are not just limited to large multinational corporations. Smaller firms with cross border operations are just as much subject to the heightened scrutiny of tax authorities across the world. A systematic approach in assessing the spectrum of risk areas is crucial in mapping out a tailored TP risk management plan that identifies the businesses’ key areas of vulnerabilities and also has an effective practical monitoring mechanism.

In the first TP session for the year, Ms Adriana Calderon, Director at Transfer Pricing Solutions Asia is back once again to share her expertise. Come gain practical insights through a mix of case studies on how best to manage TP risks and manoeuvre through the various compliance issues and TP changes with greater confidence not just in one country but across the globe.
